Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Business Solutions Ecosystem (GSTIN 03AAWFP9900G1ZY), having its office at 2454/13, Lane No. 5, Daya Complex, 2nd Floor, Sharifpura, Amritsar, Punjab 143001, India ("we", "us", "our"), for your use of BSE Business — the website bsebusiness.com, the BSE Business web application, the BSE Business Android application and related services (together, the "Service").

By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" refers to that business. These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and do not require a signature.

1. The Service

BSE Business is a business messaging and lead generation application for B2B and B2C businesses. It is an independent web and mobile application; it is not a third-party messaging application and is not connected to one. Messages are sent and received inside the Service. Its features include:

The Service is a marketing tool that helps you capture interest. We are a technology provider only. We are not a party to any deal between you and your contacts, and we do not verify, guarantee or endorse any user, product, price, offer or response. We do not guarantee any number of leads, responses, sales or results.

2. Eligibility and accounts

3. Free plan and Ad credits

4. Plans, prices and payment

5. Renewal

At present, plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, you may choose to buy again. If automatic renewal is introduced later, it will apply only if you opt in and authorise it, in line with the applicable guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India, with notice before each charge.

6. Refunds

Fees paid for Pro plans, including plans bought at an offer price, are non-refundable. Only failed or duplicate payments are returned, as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please use the Free plan to check that the Service fits your business before you buy.

7. Your contacts and messages

8. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not allow anyone else to:

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe breach these Terms, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

9. Groups and communities

10. Business catalogue

Your free business catalogue is public to anyone with its link. You are responsible for its content — including product details, prices, photos and contact details — and for having the rights to publish it. We may remove a catalogue, or any part of it, that is unlawful or breaks these Terms.

11. Teams

You may add team members, set their roles and permissions and assign leads to them. You are responsible for your team's use of the Service and for removing access when a team member leaves.

12. Android application

The BSE Business Android application can be downloaded directly from the homepage, and the same download is inside the web application after you register. Your use of the app is governed by these Terms.

13. Beta and new features

The Service is released in phases. Some features are in beta and may change, and features announced as coming in later phases (such as drip campaigns, a chatbot, AI auto-reply and social media posting) are not part of the Service until they are released. We do not commit to release dates.

14. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, specimen templates, content, logos and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your business while you use the Free plan or during your Pro plan period. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

15. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every message will be delivered, opened or acted upon. We may improve, change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice of any change that materially reduces the Service you have paid for.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement of your business or produce any particular result.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any dealing between you and your contacts. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our partners, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your contacts and messages, your groups, communities and catalogue, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; fees already paid are not refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

20. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, government action, power or internet failures, and failures of third-party providers.

21. Governing law, disputes and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any dispute within 30 days. If it is not resolved, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or, failing agreement, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Amritsar, Punjab, and the language English. Subject to the above, the courts at Amritsar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

22. General

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will be notified within the Service or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them.
