Creating & sending template messages 9 questions

How do I create a template message with buttons?

In the app menu, open "Create Media Database for Template and Button Messages". Add a heading, upload any images, videos or PDFs, then use "Add Marketing Message" to write the text and add your call-to-action buttons. All your templates are in "View Marketing Message".

What media can I add to a message?

Images, videos and PDFs — for example product photos, demo videos, catalogues and price lists. Upload them in "Add/ Upload Media" and pick them when you write the message.

How do I send a template message?

Open "Advance Marketing" and choose where it goes: BSE Business Groups mapped to your labels, BSE Business Groups you select by hand, or one to one to the contacts in your master labels.

What is the difference between Advance Marketing and Basic Bulk Marketing?

Advance Marketing sends your saved template messages with buttons, and responses are saved in your CRM. Basic Bulk Marketing sends a quick custom text without a template — one to one to the contacts in your labels, in BSE Business Groups, or to numbers you paste.

Can I send to numbers that are not in a label?

Yes. In "Basic Bulk Marketing", use "Send BSE Business Message Manually Pasted Numbers" and paste the mobile numbers — no label or template needed.

Can I send to groups I did not create?

Yes, to BSE Business Groups you are a member of, where the group allows members to post. Use "Send Template Message to Manually Selected BSE Business Groups".

Is sending template messages free?

Yes, within the Free plan's 1,000 Ad credits a month: 1 credit per one-to-one message and 10 per BSE Business Group or Community message. Founding clients who buy Pro by 31 December 2026 get unlimited messages until that package expires.

Can a requirement be broadcast to groups automatically?

Yes. Post a buy requirement or a sell offer and it becomes a template with call-to-action buttons, shared with your target clients in the product-specific BSE Business Groups and Communities you allow.

Does a broadcast to a large group cost more?

No. On the Free plan one group or community message uses 10 Ad credits, however many members it reaches. Founding clients who buy Pro by 31 December 2026 get unlimited messages until that package expires. There is no per-message charge.
